- Generate the following reports with Monitoring and Evaluation Departments;
o Out –Patient and Preventative Health Statistics MH 1049/Rev 2010
o ART monthly report REV 2010
o HIV Testing Services monthly report form MH30183/ REV 2020
o Minimum Programme Requirements Monitoring and Reporting /REV 2022
- Present District reports to Hospital Management
- Generate monthly reports on DHIS
- Create IPMS user accounts
- Creates PIMS user accounts
- Troubleshoot PIMS and IPMS connectivity issues
- Manage both PIMS, IPMS and DHIS in Serowe DHMT
- Interpret the results of reports for Head of Departments and Hospital Management whenever necessary
- Provide on-job staff training on PIMS,IPMS and DHIS
- Support data analysis activities in the District
- Provide responsible stewardship of systems and data in the district
- Coordinate helpdesk activities within the District
- Perform Software and infrastructure installations and configurations for all MOH Health information systems (PIMS/IPMS/DHIS2)
- Work hand in hand with IT department to ensure good network connectivity in the District
- Work hand in hand with Monitoring and Evaluation Department to produce annual reports
- Do monthly PIMS backup collection and system utilization in clinics in the District
- Work closely with the managers of different clinics to understand what information was necessary to evaluate productivity.
- Work hand in hand with Monitoring and Evaluation Department to disseminate and promote effective utilization of findings and report to different stakeholders
- Use information seen in reports and practices witnessed personally to develop performance metrics used in annual employee evaluations.
- Creates and manages all systems and User accounts on the Domain through Active Directory
- Creates user outlook profiles on each employee's personal workstation.
- Installs peripherals, including printers, faxes, digital senders, and any needed plug and play computer parts; as well as install computer programs.
