- Management car assembly of 3 projects (X247, P71A & N71A) including 1 facelift (X247 MOPF) and 12 model year changes ( X247 23.1, 23.2, 24.1, 24.2 / P71A 21MY, 22MY, 23MY, 24MY, 25MY / N71A 23MY, 24MY, 25MY ) delivering mass production on multi platform process.
- In charge of analyzing the needs of the processes for new changes creating an optimal process. Management of equipment installation as manipulators, tooling and jigs required for the assembly production operation of new car models and car model year changes.
- Management, creation and development of new operation sheets instructions. Training scheduling and training based on operation sheets instructions. Training of supervisors & operators with direct contact on the operation based on Nissan Training Way Industry standard regulation.
- Anticipating potential road blockers for the assembly operations. Organizing daily schedules and creating trials in order to identify problems to solve them before SOP´s (Start of operation - mass production process). Requesting engineering changes to Design department, giving feedback to parts quality assurance, BIW Shop, Paint Shop and related areas (material handling, packaging, production control).
- In charge of solving issues related with assembly hand work operators. Giving robust countermeasures from lessons learned of exclusive assemblies related with bad assemblies, wrong assembly sequence or hard workability.
- Management of external & internal audits giving feedback to internal areas related with assembly process (part interferences, squeak and rattle noises on irregular roads, documentation traceability).
- In charge of leading meetings for notifying engineering changes to assembly process, explaining the impact and changes.
