I am a passionate, focused, resilient and diplomatic professional with 29 years worth of invaluable experience. I work effectively with both individuals and groups, demonstrating great determination to attain set goals irrespective of any constraints or pressure that may arise, with a willingness to learn and exchange ideas where necessary. My experience enables me to bridge linguistic gaps through accurate and culturally sensitive language services in both educational and professional contexts. I have a love for community work and have created and taken opportunities to give back to my community. My goal is to pursue and take up a challenging and creative role in the field of the French Language.

• Was for 3 years instrumental in the writing and putting together of the first and only French/Setswana – Setswana/French Dictionary.
• Successfully taught the IGCSE Curriculum with 100% pass rate.
• Initiated and implemented programs for learners as a sole French teacher at all schools.
• Made recommendations for resources and equipment, sourced quotations for them looking at year groups, maturity, capability and levels intended for learners to reach.
• Successfully started and implemented a French Clinic as a means of remedial classes
  in the afternoons.
• Worked as an administrator of Study Groups, creating study tools and exam papers for mock examinations.
• Successfully organized grand events such as the Annual Botswana Day Celebrations throughout my tenure at Northside Primary School, collaborating with the Setswana Teachers.
• Assisted in the assessment of native French students joining Northside Primary School, having little to no English at all.
• Taught by Differentiation where needed.
• Officiated during a swimming gala on two occasions.
• Officiated at Botswana’s 50th Anniversary (Independence Day Celebrations 2016)
• Achieved Certificates in Making PYP Happen 2 and in Conceptual Based Learning through the International Baccalaureat (IB)
• Achieved many certificates in First Aid, Safety for Kids, Differentiation, Connecting Content and Kids, Understanding by Design and Differentiated Instruction.
