Interacting and interviewing with local employees to handle employees contracts. Meeting up with plants contractors and sales contracts for equipments. I have been also responding emails and other correspondence to facilities for communications and taking further step to enhance and fluent working environment for the manager. Receiving phone calls and directing the message to the employees for the instructions in the construction site. Managing daily paper work and monthly bases sales documents was made and sent to the finance department. I have also been coordinating travel arrangements and booking in order for renewing documents that was to be done outside the country.

Collaborating with other instrument performers to produce and achieve desired sound for production. Practiced selected music to play on Sundays in Church for the services. Played at regular events and venues.

Collaborating with managements and site guards lawyers to conduct securities to follow security policies and procedure. Quality standards guidelines for operation and maintain for the safety of visitors and staff was highly managed in priority. Feedback to the managements and site guard lawyers for checking to improve performances.

I was able to harmonize with other teachers administrators and communicate parents. The most exciting part about being a teacher was able coordinate students and actively talk and coach the kids. Grading and evaluating student during assignments and papers was help towards the students but I was also able to learn from them as well. Every step towards the work was changing and learning to look at my behaviors and attitude so I could able to pivot my self into as a teacher. It was an excellent job experience for me to participating and handling the task because it was an achievement as reinforcement strategies towards further working environment. This working experience made me to gain ability to lead and help students in other countries and community such as Botswana and church society. I was able to advise and counsel students and parents by actively interact and follow up their performances and progression and guided them with skills and knowledge on questioning required during studying understanding.

A number of High school graduate in Botswana Korean Association has went to take a visit in South Africa Korean Embassy to learn how the system and work was conducted. I participated as a leader to coordinate the time schedule and effectively manage the team to not distract and cause problem and also to effectively solve problems for challenging situation caused. In order for this to be done, strengthening communication with the group and adapting new people and analyzing information and sense was needed. However, I enjoyed the time spent.
