· Monitoring loss recovery portfolio by recovering all monies due to the company
· Attending to customer queries and providing feedback to improve the credit cycle.
· Monitoring and tracking portfolio performance to provide accurate and timely general reports for management purposes which assist in making of sound business decision. (Claims and underwriting)
· Remaining alert to the risk of money laundering and assist in the company's efforts to combating it by adhering to the key principles in relation to identifying my customers, knowing my customers, safeguarding records suspicious to customers
· Making payments (tracing agents, attorneys, panel beaters, assessors, clients, insurance companies, third party.

During my varsity days i participated in the debate team and this has taught me to listen, to identify beyond words what matters to the person speaking and just as equally it has taught me the power behind words, the subtle differences in choices of words that can make or break one's case.
