Delivered a variety of tech transformation projects for a range of UK-based clients:

• For a large public healthcare organisation designed and managed the augmentation of business capabilities, business processes and digital solutions to enable COVID-19 response.
• For a large housing association led the data architecture workstream within a major organisation-wide information governance and analytics programme.
• For a major international bank, led the assessment and re-design of the enterprise architecture function.
• For a large shipping organisation led the design and development of the IT Finance capability.

• Worked on a variety of business and tech transformation projects for large real estate organisations and financial institutions across Europe and Middle East, focusing on tech assessment, tech strategy, system implementation, business process improvement, data modelling.

• Oversaw the development of a mixed-use real-estate complex, total area of ca. 40,500 sqm, including offices, luxury residences and a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Moscow, Russia including tender and contracts supervision, US$140m+ project budget and funds management, coordination of design and construction works.

• Managed an international project team, held responsibility for a US$100m+ project budget, supervised tenders and contracts, and managed the development of the “Stanislavsky Factory” project - ca. 39,000 sqm refurbishment of a factory into a mixed-use complex accommodating office buildings, sophisticated interiors with interactive installations and a theatre. The project won RIBA International Award, 2011, and Civic Trust Award, 2012.
