  • As Head of Sales, lead the development, strategizing, and execution of sales plans tailored for Government & Reseller segment
  • Additionally, I actively pursue sales opportunities, foster new acquisitions, and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships to guarantee a satisfactory return on investment.
  • Formulating business plans and budgets, overseeing the implementation, and monitoring sales
    initiatives.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and closing leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensuring the establishment and weekly monitoring of pipeline management activities.
  • Developing proposals based on tailored solutions, ensuring profitability, and applying
    appropriate commercial contract terms to mitigate business risks.
  • Crafting and negotiating contracts with both customers and partners.
  • Establishing sales processes and governance to enhance sales efficiency and risk
    management.
  • Conducting effective account planning for Government & Reseller customers and devising

  • Risk Champion for Enterprise Sales Division – Nov 2016 to date
    As Risk Champion, I lead the development and execution of the Divisional risk register as well
    as manage the corporate risk register, providing exposure to various corporate operations.
  • Migration from Copper to Fibre – April 2023 to date
    Coordinating the migration of services provided to customers to ensure seamless business
    continuity for Enterprise Division.
  • Migration to Automated billing system C1 – Nov 2018 to Oct 2020
    Defining the sales process flow for and ensuring all products and active contracts are catered
    for in the automated billing system to promote business continuity.
  • Double Hatting as Head of Wholesale Operations Department - Feb 2017 to Nov 2017
    As Head of Wholesale Operations, I provided business and operational support for creation and
    maintenance of BTC business strategy that delivers shareholder value and service excellence
    through development and implementation of optimal processes for service delivery and service
    assurance.
    Key Roles include:
  • Ownership and management of end-to-end business service fulfillment, service
    assurance, and in-life contract management processes.
  • Supervision of commercial and operational support performance, identifying and
    addressing gaps to ensure improved service excellence.

    customers such e-agriculture (Temo-letletlo), e-health (Contact center & Cloud services), e-
    education ( internet for DTT&TE - 8 colleges) - 2023-2024

    segment and coordinated the seamless transition to automated billing (2019).
  • Developed a revamped ADP template for in-depth understanding of customers and better
    account planning.
  • Developed and implemented a revenue defense plan to mitigate against aggressive
    competition; defended 97% of revenue from High Value Customers (2017)
  • Grew BTC wholesale business into new international markets, which contributed +/- P2 million
    in the first year (2017).
     Founding member of BTC Wholesale Department which currently generates revenue more than
    P350 million annually.
  • Grew BTC Internet business from P32 million to more than P100 million annually in a period of
    less than four years (2016-19).
