• Schooling scholars: as per the given syllabus, per objectives and scheme book driven from the syllabus and to make sure that each objective is successfully achieved.
• Classroom management: to manage the behavior of learners by laying down understandable expectations, to encourage good conduct and to enforcing school and classroom rules and their consequences.
• Cultivating inclass engagement: this practice encourages interactive classroom engagement and makes it easy for learners to learn from each other at their pace through activities like group work.
• Records keeping of student progress during end of month tests, end of term tests and examinations. To also keep attendance register and Parents teacher meetings recording.

• My role was to make content and promotional materials to drive engagement with the clientele and stir conversions with them.
• I did market research to discover new opportunities for the business and new target markets to leverage.
• I created social media campaigns to increase brand engagement and to enlarge our brand influence.
