

During my course professional practice period at Avani Gaborone Resort and Casino, I have learnt many qualities and skills of a successful and good hotelier. This includes problem solving skills, leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about my work, and I know how to get the job done. If I was to describe myself, I would say I am a self-driven and hardworking person who is open to challenges. I like to think of myself as a team player, very communicative and detail oriented. After I completed my professional practice, I had the urge to want to spend some more time in the real-world part of the course and continue to further my experience. I am seeking to become an expert in my field, my aim is to become the best service provider and become a resource that others can learn from.
