• Selection of hotels, organization of catering, dinners, sightseeing and transfers, including contract negotiations
• Budget planning, control and further charging to various cost centers

Example: As a member of the project team in the creation of the new office in Dubai (UAE), responsible for marketing and events. Successful completion of the project with opening ceremony in January 2014 on the occasion of the ENT Congress in Dubai with 1100 participants. Development of the booth concept and control of the construction. Marketing accompanying actions and activities at the stand. Organization of hotels, catering and dinners, registration of guests. Successful implementation of complex event within budget.
