This was a new position in the institution in August 2018. The first task was with clerical work which included updating staff files. This meant rearranging file documents, updating leave registers and sought for missing documents from staff members that would be beneficial not only to their progression but to their retirement or resignations. This was an overhaul kind of exercise. Staff grievances emanating from lack of progression and unpaid overtime were attended to and those affected were paid accordingly. Staff was sensitized regarding government statutes and policies as a way of bridging the gap. Customer grievances dropped by 98% as most of them were satisfied with service. A 100% mark of terminal benefits paid within time of 66 days of generic set standards was attained.
Provided clerical support to the Senior Administration Officer. Was tasked with drafting recommendation letters regarding promotions,redesignations,transfers and acting appoitments for the General Manager
