• Served as primary interface between the client (Water Utilities Corporation) and Seapro during installation and post-completion support phases.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Monitored team of 10 personnel during the installation for compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Established and implemented installation schedules, methods, equipment and labor requirements using Gantt charts and MS Project.
• Drafted construction planning documents for internal use and submission to applicable inspectors.

Design and Installation of Temporary Sludge Line (150mm & 100mm pipeline) at Glen Valley Waste Water Treatment Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Prepared and presented project cost estimates, determined project feasibility based on data analysis and recommended improvements.
• Managed quality assurance and quality control requirements of contractor, including surveying and laboratory testing for concreting operations.

Kazungula Bridge Project -Construction of One stop Border Post Facilities, Botswana

The Project comprised of buildings sitting on pile foundation, road works and ancillary, elephant proof and electrical fence, vacuum sewer and water reticulation,telephone and electrical reticulation, data and access control reticulation.

• Reviewed all consultant drawings and made recommendation to adjust site requirements.
• Managed and coordinated cost, availability and timely delivery of materials and project schedules for suppliers.
• Performed measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare payment certificates.
• Used AutoCAD to amend project design changes.
• Preparation of monthly projected cash flow versus actual work done as per the programme of works
• Taking off and building new rates for additional works and providing a breakdown of existing rates (lump sum items)
• Analyzing daily site reports to in order to prepare monthly progress reports.
• Minutes recordings for the Contractor during project progress meetings and technical meetings with the Engineer and the Client for project status discussions, project analysis and design reviews in accordance with Contractual agreements.

Kazungula Bridge Project (Construction of One stop Border Post Facilities- Botswana)

• Inspected the project site to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and required standards.
• Worked closely with engineers, land surveyors and other key stakeholders on different infrastructure projects.
• Attended all seminars and trainings offered by company to build knowledge and improve skills.
• Tested soils and materials to determine foundation strength.
• Quickly learned engineering skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
