  • Taught Mathematics as a pure core but also extended it to application and modelling real life problems so as to help students have it rooted in their minds as a tool for problem solving even in real life.
  • Made sure to be inclusive of every student so as to identify any gap in the learning of all the students and attend to them well on time,this has helped improve performance.
  • Maintained a conducive environment for all kinds of students to feel free and this has helped many students voice out when lagging behind in concepts,leading to earlier detecting of problems and hence improved performance.
  • Imparted a problem solver spirit to my students to adapt to challenges since Mathematics is mostly about solving problems.

  • The day session i was employed and invited for, was during the 2019 mass hysteria that hit Lempu Junior Secondary School ,after the motivational session I joined the impacted students and non impacted students for field games to engage with them as well as show them that I was not discriminative of their condition
