The basic training that I have acquired has equipped me with analytical and problem solving skills. Working with people of different characters and backgrounds has helped me to promote and effectively manage working relationships with my customers across the organisation, at the same time enhancing requisite competencies. Joining the University has made me a more balanced person, having now had to use my analytical skills to solve or evaluate bread and butter issues for the organization I am working for. I have come to realize and appreciate the value of technology in solving day to day problems faced by the organizations and accordingly had a meaningful input in making this a reality. With this background I feel I am ready to consolidate previous learning’s and experience to analyze matters, with emphasis on consistent delivery of service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
