  • I have successfully managed in-depth self-administered organizational assessments of 6 local partners using various tools such as Rapid I-STAR, OCA/OPI, NUPAS, NUPAS Plus and ITOCA at Global Communities and ensured the Development of Local Capacity Support plans that support detailed technical assistance activities, implemented over the life of the project within the first 2 months of joining PCI/GC
  • Over this short period also, I was able to deliver monthly accompaniment implementation Plans
  • I have since supervised and directed PCI/C teams for follow-up action through spot checks and supportive documentation of on-site technical assistance through targeted accompaniment and other approaches to assist with strengthening organizational systems and processes for partners

  • To upskill myself further, enrollment immediately for a Post Graduate distance learning in occupational Health and Safety with the University of Cape Town, a decision that advanced work performance, confidence, and leadership oversight was established
