• Design of, air conditioning and ventilation systems for offices, ablutions and conference hall.
• Design of firefighting protection.
• Design of domestic water supply and drainage systems.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents, including specifications, equipment schedules and drawings.

 FACILITIES MANAGEMENT FOR MINISTRY OF HEALTH

• Undertake site surveys, field investigations, condition surveys and feasibility studies for ministry of health facilities and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with other disciplines including site civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls and architectural, to create and update drawings and main documentation.

  REFURBISHMENT TO OLD SCOTTISH HOSPITAL - MOLEPOLOLE

•  Studying bills of quantities and drawings.
• Preparing cost reports and payment certificate.
• Attending site meetings on behalf of mechanical engineer and briefing them about mechanical installations progress.

• Carrying out general inspection and maintenance activities in three main areas being Crushing section, service workshop and milling section.
• Assisting technicians on plant maintenance equipment such as the rock crushers, vibratory screens, centrifugal water pumps, hydraulic oil pumps, conveyor belts and hydraulic push feeders.

• Mechanical department based plant installations and maintenance including borehole installation and components service and maintenance.
• Daily water treatment plant inspections.
• Gearbox overhaul and service, learned to operate various workshop-based tools such as the metal cutting machine, overhead crane and a hydraulic pressing machine among others.
