  • From 2022 until the end of May 2024, I worked remotely from home as a technician on the inbound support line, handling calls from drivers and fleet managers across the United States and Canada. I assisted them in connecting to our systems and resolving issues related to ELD (Electronic Logging Device) units. I also coordinated trucking operations within the U.S.
  • In early 2022, I was promoted to the position of team leader. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing a team of seven members. My duties included conducting regular team meetings, providing individual support to team members, monitoring performance, coordinating tasks, and offering guidance whenever someone encountered a challenging issue.
