DISMANTLING, RELOCATION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW TAILINGS LEG GOLF PLANT NO2(GRASSHOPPER, SHUTTLE, TRANSFER TOWER, SPREADER CONVEYOR)
Office work:
· Had the opportunity to do briefing and preparation of SHE file and Environmental file: mainly in the SHE file I was involved with preparing the job risk assessment, baseline risk assessment, and safe work procedures whilst the environmental file.I was to check errors and to ensure that we have adhered to all the possible standards before submission.
· As assisting the 18.1(site supervisor) I was able to identify, prepare hazards or energies which require a response plan in compliance with clauses 8.2 of ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001 2015 international standards. I was also a Pact champion for the covid -19 virus campaign which promoted less cases by 20% with less covid cases in the highest pick time. I had the chance to hold a tools down campaign in correlation with the mine quarries act guidelines.
· Plan reading, progress meetings, preparation of site reports and memos and introduction of project commencement such as setting out key processes for installation of conveyor belts which was the main project I was assigned to preparation and planning of the site establishment.
· I did sketch drawings and corrections of drawings and executed site instruction given by the client to the full extent which narrowed the mistakes on site by 80%.
· I was in charge of supervision of the civil works as guided by my supervisor, was in charge of QCP (quality control plan) preparations, site daily schedule, morning ECOSH moment, site duty allocation, did site inspection, team logistics.
Documentations:
· I had the opportunity to be exposed to the day -to day documents on-site being: Logbook, Visible felt leadership (VFL), Business partner Work safe daily declaration form both for the 17.1 and 18.1 positions. Working at heights permit, daily risk assessment, Daily safe task, etc. was well invested in helping my supervisor plan ahead of time so that we can reduce the lag times of the project.
Site work:
· Mobilization of a site which included preparing memos for material inspection, management of manpower and allocation of jobs, dismantling of the transformer which is part of the Tee conveyor. My Responsibility as the assisting site engineer was to ensure that all the pieces are labelled and properly positioned and I took the liberty to even practice my steel structural design concepts. This allowed me to work with the mechanical department.
· Had a chance to do a survey using pieces of equipment like total station and staff reading.
· Mobilizing of material entered into the mine. In charge of site inspection of the foundations and plinths. Preparation of document file called a former pack, QCP, request inspection, and approval sheet-this just goes to show that I am very adaptive to any kind of paperwork, and most of the time these were my conceptual designs and formats.
ELECTRICAL -had the opportunity to work with the automations and instrumentations team in the removal of electrical cable for the whole combined conveyor and logistics of new material to be bought

I have lived in my country for all my life , traveled and lived in remote areas within my country and now i wish to relocate to another countries /region being Europe, Australia and Uk(western Europe) to explore and learn as well as adapt and implement my skills.
I normally hike on Kgale hill being a place in Gaborone where I stay.
Fitness is so important to me thus I join marathons and independent exercises I even train 5 ladies at my own leisure time to help them stay fit.
I am a member of Dutch Reformed Church Congregation and in it I am part of youth group called MBB which stands for youth in christ in my setswana language.
