Sindiswa is the Head of Administration for Africa Events Limited which runs the annual AFSIC - Investing in Africa conference in London, alongside perhaps the largest range of Investor missions across Africa.

  • Africa Events Limited runs the annual AFSIC Investing in Africa in London which is its flagship event. AFSIC is believed to be the largest Africa investment event taking place annually outside Africa and has become one of the most important conduits of investment into Africa. Over 1000 delegates attended the 2021 conference and 1500+ delegates are expected to attend AFSIC 2022.
  • Sindiswa is responsible for the general administrative management of the event and provides direct support for the Event Manager.

African Investments hosts specialized investor trips to key African countries on a bespoke basis bringing together investors, dealmakers, financial sector experts and key local business executives, and provides access to a range of investment opportunities across Africa to global investors.
  • Sindiswa has accompanied and co-managed these African Investment investor missions into Southern Africa, East Africa and West Africa. This role requires a high degree of liaison with many of Africa’s most important investors and business leaders to ensure that each event delivers positive investment outcomes.

  • Capital Conferences (now Africa Events Limited) was set up to run the annual Botswana Resources Infrastructure Energy Forum “BRIEF” (previously known as Botswana Resource Sector Conference) in Gaborone, Botswana. Its objective is to increase investment into Botswana’s Resource, Infrastructure and Energy sectors by bringing together Botswana based companies, with global and local institutions looking for investment opportunities.
  • Sindiswa is part of the team on ground responsible for hosting the annual conference which gathers over 200 delegates annually.
  • Sindiswa is responsible for engaging with all stakeholders, securing sponsors, partners, and exhibitors for the event, putting together the conference agenda and promoting the event.
  • Sindiswa has worked with a number of Botswana institutional investors such as Kgori Capital, Norsad Finance, Morula Capital, African Alliance, Aleyo Capital and engaged with Government Ministries, Parastatals and private sector companies.

  • Sindiswa’s role was to coordinate and execute administrative duties in the company as well as provide administrative support for the group’s regulatory matters in Botswana. She was accountable for all the following administrative tasks:
