Raw Material Planner

- Responsible to assure JIT supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum safety stock levels.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material.
- Delivery from supplier to point of fit.
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
- Initiate follow up actions in relation to material shortages that may affect production.
- Responsible for all raw material warehouses, CHEM, Main warehouses, receiving, Dispatch.
- All activities relating to material flow E.g.: Kanban and set- compiling.
- Assist with acquiring relevant information on proper handling, stacking and storing of chemicals and any dangerous materials eg; ESD according to the requirement and the law.
- Adherence to Dispo Standard.
- Coordinate and manage all logistics tasks in the plant.
- Giving out of relevant, legal and reasonable instructions to subordinates and service providers.
- Directly responsible for 5S/ House keeping.
- Active participation in CIP/POWER initiatives.

- Eliminate obsolete stock and ensure minimum liability to the organization.
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
- Support inventory initiatives to validate inventory accuracy.
- Assure that shelf life procedure are followed by continuously analyzing stock movements through the system.
- Check on monthly basis, expired materials, old FIFO and initiate corrective actions.
- Assure correct allocation of raw materials according to warehouses and classification.
- Initiate and direct investigates together with the relevant stakeholders on any deviations of material incorrect usage.
- Analyze run out materials, loss of requirement materials.
Production Engineer

- Release, Change and Control of Cutting Plan to the Cutting area for Manufacturing.
- Create Kanban cards for use at the cutting machine in relation to the Assembly area consumption without shortage to Assembly area.
- Evaluation and monitoring of Kansans, Processes and Procedures with Regard to Specification, Efficiency, Performance and change as may be necessitated by internal or external Engineering changes.
- All reasonable measures to ensure workplace safety and security of property, immediate information of manager and technical manager required.
- Optimize wire storage area for easy accessibility and efficiency of the cutting operators, and wire loaders.
- Represents KSRB at Customers and Suppliers in Technical and Engineering Matters.
- Cutting Project Management Authority as per assignment, especially for all Change-, Sampling-, and Prototype Projects.
- Specific Responsibilities
- All Cutting Responsibilities according to procedures, requirements and target setting as per management decision and QM-System of Kromberg & Schubert.
- Control Specification and Documentation for Cutting / Process / Procedures.
- Control Change Management of Cutting / Process / Procedures.
- Continuously evaluate Cutting / Process / Procedures for economy / efficiency / performance and for compliance to specifications.
- Strategies and action plans for continuous improvement in above regards must be developed in cooperation with all departments, support for introduction of measures to departments.
- Calculate tool and machine capacities to ensure compliance with Assembly area wire requirements.
- Further responsibilities as per assignment by management (e.g. projects, OHS-functions, etc.).
- Project Management for Change Management / Sampling / Prototyping Projects as per assignment.
