• Main Responsibilities: Coordination of works, Project planning and contract administration, Health & safety issues.
• Maintained records of all documents related to each project including specifications, change orders, invoices.
• Communicated effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Duties include; Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials, Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials, Assessing Students’ coursework, Setting and marking Examinations, Undertaking personal research projects, Development of new programmes, Liaising with the industry for student placements.

• Engaged as a site Agent in the Gaborone City Council roads maintenance project
• Duties included managing and controlling costs within the projects, Measurement of interim and final account payments, Producing monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, to ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

• Worked as a Site manager in the Boseto Mine staff houses project (Toteng) and The Village church (Maun)
• I was supervising about 93 workers from the trades of; Painting, Carpentry, and Brickwork
• From these projects I acquired a track record for meeting timelines and meeting expectations.

• Worked as an assistant Engineer, based at the Phakalane solar project
• I had to prepare minutes and present in every progress meeting fortnightly
• Some of the skills I acquired include programme adherence, conflict resolution, site meeting coordination and many more.

• Attached to the construction of the new senior school at Mogoditshane
• The duties undertaken included assisting the resident engineer, and many construction aspects were grasped including; construction delays, disputes quality control and project administration and management.

• Attached to the Block 7 flats which were being constructed by Landmark projects
• I was assisting the clerk of works
• This helped me to incorporate the theory obtained at school with practical engineering situations.
