  • Requirement engineering (Customer ➔ Pack and BMS System ➔ SW), System function concept development, calibration, and validation of Prediction of Power Availability with ASIL B integrity used in Highly Automated Driving (IV) conditions in case of emergency maneuver.
  • System function concept development for Battery Limited Operation Mode: SOC calculation using ASIL C integrity used for number of crank cycles possible in battery limited operation mode (also Calibration and validation).
  • System function concept development and calibration for current limits for MOSFET [ASIL C integrity] used as circuit breakers.
  • System simulation to evaluate power and energy performance, thermal performance, and life-time evaluation.
  • Filed data analysis & validation of SOHR and SOHC, vehicle level validation using BOL & EOL packs in test vehicles for accuracy. Improving algorithm calibration maturity using field data.
