My goal is to gain the necessary culinary experience, but also an extensive and multicultural skill-set through the study of International cuisine. I would like to integrate with people from a diverse background of cultures and experiences. I am passionate about baking, because pastry is the foundation of my love for cooking. I also aim to learn about a broad assortment of dishes including their origin, preparation, flavor and taste. But most importantly, I aspire to share, blend and develop recipes based on traditional Zimbabwean cuisine Internationally. Working abroad would enable me to promote cultural exchange in the culinary Industry in Southern Africa.
